Re: Tanard Jackson
Good question. With Jackson and Meriweather the defense is more solid. Maybe an opposing offense would complete a long pass play on the Redskins defense every now and then but not at the frequent rate that's been happening all year long with Madieu Williams and Doughty playing safety. We'll never know if the Redskins would've been a top 10 defense had Meriweather been healthy and Jackson not been on suspension from them league. Haslett is not a bad defensive coordinator either.

Re: Tanard Jackson
I remember Shanahan talking about Jackson and how much he liked him. This was after the suspension was handed down and Mike said he was disappointed because he really liked the guy and I remember thinking he would probably give this guy another chance if he could. I think he looks to find someone else but it would'nt surprise me to see Mike keep him in the mix.

Re: Tanard Jackson
Tanard had a bad test before we signed him. The FO already knew the situation. They were just hoping for a less punishment from the NFL. T Jax is probably still in the future plans.
