If you need a Herculean effort from the QB every game you have a serious problem as a coach, "GET THE MAN SOME HELP". They couldn't run until Bob 3 sticks started running, they couldn't throw until Bob 3 Sticks started running, they couldn't score in the red zone until Bob 3 sticks started running, is anyone getting a picture here? The Shannys have to go!
RG3 did a lot, but he was helped by a good outing by Morris (95 yds), Helu (3 TDs), and Reed (143 yds/TD). Not to mention a TD by the defense. We may not have a lot of talent, but RG3 is not doing it all by himself.

Saying that we should've gotten Tebow over RG3 is idiotic.

I didn't say that Tebow is or ever was a better player, I am saying that if you are going to run your QB to this degree in the NFL he won't be your QB for long, if he doesn't have another serious injury, he will loose the speed to get around the corner. The NFL teams that have major success are the teams that can pass without play action (or the threat of the QB taking off) when they are in the hurry up. Don't get me started on the Shannys desire to control the game with their use of the hurry up and the lack there of within the last 5 minutes of the halves.

I would disagree. Mobility of the QB is an integral part of the game. Last night the Colts used roll outs with Luck to extend the field. P. Manning extends the play by moving in the pocket. Both Romo and Roethlisburger are all able to extend plays due to their mobility. Using the run to set up the pass may be against the current trend, but more than a handeful of tems do it.

Looks like Goodell will be taking care of BM:

MarkMaske ‏@MarkMaske 3m
The Redskins say they hope Brandon Meriweather isn't suspended but after two penalties today for hits on receivers, it does appear possible.

With Doughty out with a concussion, any safeties out there on free agency we can get?

FWIW, I have no problem with Skins playing Denver next. The Redskins are professionals. Either they're ready or they aren't. Let's roll.

You can get tebow for a can of beans cus that is what he is worth.
We are committed to the run game because it works for us, what exactly is your problem with the offense at this moment in time? Lol

Agreed. Tebow at his best can't make every defender look slow the way Griffin ran today.

RG3's throwing still isn't back to where it was last season. What happened to all those practices he supposedly took part in this season?

That being said: OUR OFFENSE FROM LAST SEASON FINALLY SHOWED UP THIS YEAR!!!!! WOOOOO HOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RG3 wasn't perfect. But I really liked how he hung in there today. Today was his best game of the year.

re: Skins vs Bears postgame

that's about the 18th time i've seen BM concuss/try to concuss someone. it's not 1995, they penalize that stuff now.

special teams are still special. I know that was hester, but come on.

RGIII and the running game looked good for the first time since last year. part of that might be the terrible bears pass rush, but i'll take it either way.

WRs still missing a lot of makeable catches, but i'll enjoy this for now. peyton is coming...
