Re: Around the NFL (Preseason edition)
Isn't there something in the league rules that allow a team to be penalized if it continues to bring in players with bad conduct? How is that not applied to the Cowboys?

Re: Around the NFL (Preseason edition)
Good to see the cowboys fans taking this well on twitter:
"If you're a female Cowboys fan and you see Tiffany Thompson out somewhere in the streets, you know what to do"

Re: Around the NFL (Preseason edition)
i thought 6 games was bad for a 1st time offense, but it could also be the league sending the whole cowboy organization a message to run a better and tighter team.they have heard more players suspended and fined than more team in the league the last 30 years since the league created these things.i dont see jerry messiah fighting this like kraft did in new england.

Re: Around the NFL (Preseason edition)
I say 8 game minimum for a first offense regarding domestic abuse, 2nd offense 16 games, 3rd offense indefinite suspension.

I find it hard to believe that CK wouldn't be on a team right now if it weren't for the whole not standing for the anthem thing. He's definitely being blackballed IMO.

And you know who I blame for a lot of this. Not kap, not the police, not trump or obama, but the Teams can't have a major distraction like manziel, kap or tebow qb. Can't fall into that "kap trap"

Re: Around the NFL (Preseason edition)
Of course he is!!!!!!!! NFL viewership went to hell over that, costing the league countless millions. ESPN took a major dive with giving the guy a major platform that pissed off the "deplorables" as well. Giantone pretty much nailed it! Colin used the BLM thing as a distraction that he was really playing poorly and tried to play upon sympathy for what he was doing. He miscalculated the people's response and got nailed. The NFL is a member of corporate America and will not stand one iota for its profits to plunge due to one person. ESPN is still reeling from trying to mix politics and sports. People watch sports as an escape from politics, and don't want that to be tainted by politics. The NFL has picked up on this, and won't let this happen again.

I think 32 teams decided individually that he isn't good enough to be worth the media headache and flak from all the fans that don't want a QB who shits on their flag on the team. If he was better, he would be on a team. But he put himself in this position. I have no pity.

Re: Around the NFL (Preseason edition)
Goff is going to have a way better yr. He's the best QB out of last years class IMO. Mcvay will go wonders

Re: Around the NFL (Preseason edition)
Saw that Tampa Bay cut their kicker who they drafted in the 2nd round of the 16 draft. What kind of idiot GM would draft a kicker in the 2nd round?

Re: Around the NFL (Preseason edition)
Kap also had the incident with his socks, basically a big F U to law enforcement. He has no one to blame but himself.
