Re: SF Pregame

This isn't a must win game, but it's definitely an identity check.
- If we are the Skins of old, we come out and lay an egg.
- If we have moved to the next level, we come out and the win is never in question.
- the 3rd possibility is we keep Gruden's identity - we come out slow, looking a bit lost, but get it going by the 2nd half and win/lose/tie a one score game that keeps Skins fans in cardiac arrest with 2minutes to go.

It would be nice to put them away early so all the nervous nellies can calm the F down. Until it’s time to start whining and worrying about the next week of course.

Re: SF Pregame

SF is not good, but they don't stop playing. A team could give them a game with stupid mistakes (muffed punts, penalties, fumbles, picks, onside kicks, etc.). In fact, that's usually not even enough for them. Watch the highlights of the Rams game. The score shouldn't have been close, but they gave away 2 TO deep in their own territory. Also, the colts game wasn't that close either. They were down 23-9 in the 4th and marched down the field against a prevent D.

They are a scrappy team. But if we limit our mistakes, there is no reason the skins should lose the the 9ers.

WAS - 33
SF - 20

Per the Skins Twitter account:

OUT for #SFvsWAS: Josh Norman & Ty Nsekhe. Doubtful: Rob Kelley & Deshazor Everett. Questionable: Trent Williams.

Man I hope Silverblunt can go...and I hope he lays off the medicinal for pain.

Re: SF Pregame

Niners LB Navaro Bowman wants a trade. 29 years old w an injury history. Didnt know he is from District Heights.

This may be a good trade scenario for Kirk. We know he is going to start to waffle as the season goes on. He is at best a 10-15 mil QB and no way we give him 24 mil plus.

Sell high imo.

That's pretty funny man. Shit if we don't give him 24 mil plus, someone surely will. I prefer it's us...

Hell, Glennon got more than 10-15 mil...

Re: SF Pregame

Bowman just got cut. That helps us even more. We should beat them by 10 at least on Sunday.

Re: SF Pregame

The redskins are so unpredictable we could win 6 games total or 11 games ..who knows. its not helping to lose Norman and we have other concerns with injuries. my guess after 4 games is 8-8 ..but guys if any of you think the 49er game is a gimme...

Re: SF Pregame

I don't think anyone is saying it is a "gimme," but I think most believe that if both teams played to their talent level, then the Skins should win handily. Based on the way they have played for 3 games, that should be the case. So if you think it's a given that it will be a tough game ...

I will give the kiss of death to the Redskins, which is my prediction of a double digit win.

49ers 24
