Yeah, by rule you just have to send one captain, but I thought that was weird too ... Even felt it was a little disrespectful. But the Rams seem to have the right mindset so far.

Yeah that was an obvious flag. But depending on the back judge's position, maybe nobody could see it. The field judge was behind and couldn't, and depending on the speed of the play, maybe the back judge wasn't in a position to see it either.
