Malcolm Kelly not practicing with foot injury. Needs to get on the field stat, or he's dunzo.

@granthpaulsen
Grant Paulsen
WR roster hopefuls Malcolm Kelly and Brandon Banks are watching the 9 healthy players at their position practice. #Redskins

Really sucks, hope both these guys get on the field by Monday. I would consider both Banks and Kelly both on the bubble at the start of camp. Not gud at all for either.

Ed Sheahin
Watching D Stallworth run pass patterns. The man can cut out of breaks faster than anyone out here.

@MrDCsports

Grossman looks pretty sharp out there

Banks out too, with knee swelling. Redskin Nation will weep if these bubbles get popped.

From what I've seen Moss & Gaffney have consistently lined up with the 1s, Armstrong with the 2s & Hankerson/Austin rotating with 2s

Anyone knows if Cooley is practicing? I wonder if teams are going to see a lot of injuries b/c of the lockout.

He's not.

@ZacBoyer
Zac Boyer
TE Chris Cooley, who has general soreness, is wearing a visor, so he'll likely be limited as well for #Redskins practice.

Having your hand smashed by a helmet doesn't mean you're fragile.

Yes, he may be fragile, but this injury wasn't his fault unless he went Mike Westbrook on someone.

Listening to the camp reports, Rex has been Very sharp and J Jenkins is killing it!

So is Bowen...

"Grant Paulsen
Stephen Bowen's 1st full practice has been impressive. Was strong in one-on-one drills and was in position for 3 sacks so far during 11on11."

Re: Training camp 2011 thread

No one, well not many, have ever questioned Rex Grossman's abilities as a QB with no pressure on him.

It's when he feels a rush that he struggles

Perhaps the Steeler game will reveal more?

Curious to know if the Steelers will go blitz heavy in the preseason. I doubt it but then again you never know.
