Red pepper flakes are the key to vegetables tasting like money. Bake broccoli or green beans in the oven with some seasoning and pepper flakes, and I can eat those things like healthy chips.

I'll definitely check it out. Spice and heat are worthy investments. I basically put some form of one or both on everything cooked that I eat.

Note - I was literally just at the grocery store buying another one of the McCormick ones before I saw this post. Lame lol. Saved the link to my favorites. I'll order one of their bundles once I start running low.

i finally got this, if its 4 shakes with a normal red pepper flake its two with this one, good flavor and some real heat

It's official, French Beans are my favorite vegetable.

France has great yogurt, beans, and Redskins/WFT/Commanders fans.

Any coffee recommendations? I like medium to dark roasts in my limited experiences drinking coffee.
