What's the feeling on Anthony Collins...played for Gruden in cincy and was pretty solid.

Re: Who should we go for in Free Agency?
you can't just move any CB to safety and have it work. amerson would be terrible there. hall could do it, except he's TINY. 5'9", sub-200lbs, so you'd probably only get a few weeks before he hurts himself.
j johnson is interesting. he's been behind two very good players, backing up both spots, so he's only probably a garbage starter, with a small chance of being good. (the rest of the field has been verified as meh-terrible). |

Re: Who should we go for in Free Agency?
why is it you think Amerson would be terrible at FS. i do recall many draft experts saying that he would be a better S than CB at the time. He has the size and ballhawking skills to make the transition. Many CBs have done it over the years...why cant Amerson?

Re: Who should we go for in Free Agency?
Amerson doesn't tackle or cover well at corner, why is he going to do those things any better at safety?

Re: Who should we go for in Free Agency?
because at safety he would be playing more in space and not typically matched up against elite WRs. I would like to think he would be able to cover most RBs, TEs and/or 3rd or 4th WRs. He had a bad year... why i dunno.. but i still have some faith in him.

Re: Who should we go for in Free Agency?
Yeah, John keim mentioned him and said he was absolutely terrible last year. I dunno, but we need a body there...i not opposed to bring in some guys to compete. Sometimes a change of scenery, coaching, and scheme can help

Re: Who should we go for in Free Agency?
I still don't understand how he dropped off so hard. Couple years ago he looked like he had some mad potential and then last year it was like he failed to show up at all.

An assumption on your part or word of mouth?
If true, maybe correctable.

Re: Who should we go for in Free Agency?
Rumors we're going after Crabtree... Eh.. I'm not a huge fan of this, he can't come as cheap as we would want in sure... I dunno about this one..if the "rumor" is true ... I just don't think WR is that much of a need on this team... Its potential moves like this that could keep rising young players like Grant down on the depth chart

Re: Who should we go for in Free Agency?
Right. I remember that now. Given the signing of Culver, the success of Breeland, and the rumor that the Skins are looking for another corner, it would appear that the current regime is not hopeful of a big change of attitude.

Re: Who should we go for in Free Agency?
I don't think anyone will be starting at corner over Hall if the team keeps him in that position, he posted that the DR said his Achilles is 100% healed and I expect him back to his usual performance, dudes a baller flat out
