Don't let the door hit you in the ass. I'm sure Dallas could use another fan. When they play Joe Gibbs football THEY WIN. The first Quarter was Gibbs football. All that other Saunders crap is the reason we lose games.

My feeling is fix the D and get Campbell some experience. Gibbs has earned the right to stay another year, IMHO. We need to fix the player acquisition issues--Gibbs could use some help there, and let's hope he does something about it. I feel that Saunders O will work with Campbell and Portis and our WRs and Cooley. The D needs work and the kid needs to get some seasoning. Cleaning house now won't do that--that didn't work before. It's going to take time. We lost to a better team today, IMO--folks may not want to admit it, but that's how it looked to me. The solution is getting better on D and getting JC and everyone comfortable with Saunders system. That won't happen until next year, so it's going to be painful to watch the rest of the year. But firing everyone and starting from scratch is a mistake.
Do you realize, and I'm not trying to insult you here, that Gibbs, after this year, has two years left.

So now let's ask ourselves this: If we get more of the same, when do we clean house in two years or now?

Re: Im done....Gibbs must go.

Since Every One Is Trying To Blame Someone Why Dont We Just Fire Everyone And Get A New Team, Sounds Crazy Huh? Just Like All The Crap That Everyone Is Writing, Take The Year For What Its Worth And Wait Till Next Year, Chemistry Will Be The One Thing That Gets This Team Into The Playoffs Again. Think About It, When You Played Sports, Your Team Mates Were Your Friends And People You Could Count On, Let These Ones Work Together For A Little While With Out Changing Something And I Garuntee A Better Year Next Year. How Well Would You Do With 3 Quaterback Changes, Swaping #1 Recievers, Dismanteling A Defense, And A Head Coach Getting Used To The New Nfl. Oh And Did I Forget To Mention A New 700 Page Playbook. Just Wait And See

Hess, what is Joe Gibbs football? And so, Gibbs is responsible for the first quarter, and Al Saunders for the remaining three?

Are you sure that's what you're trying to say?

No one here is saying they don't like the Redskins all of sudden and I honestly don't feel like anyone is being negative.

There is a diffence between being negative and telling the truth.

I'm saying it causes inconsitency when you have two people trying to run one Offense. Gibbs knows how to run an offense, and from where I'm sitting all of that Saunders crap just causes confusion among staff and players. You end up chasing your tail when you don't stick with one kind of playing calling.

Of course I realize that. The answer is obvious from my post--in two years. The big thing to remember here is it's Saunders first year, and this was Campbell's third start. And cleaning house has been Snyder's MO. HOw's that worked out?

as long as joe gibbs makes our personell decisions we will continue to make bone head off season moves ..... i would be surprised if we trade our 1st rounder this year for another aging qb....

But Hess two things: 1. Gibbs bought Saunders here. 2. If he wanted things to be different, then Joe Gibbs needs to change it, not Al.

Re: Im done....Gibbs must go.

SNYDER brought Saunders here, and Gibbs allowed it and wanted it to HELP the team. Hind sight... 20/20. It was a mistake, too many chiefs. Get rid of him.

No, no, no....Saunders was all Gibbs idea sweetheart...all Danny did was sign the check. I don't think Al Saunders even crossed Danny's mind.
