It would take 2 seconds to create, and it would only say "Fire Gibbs".

I'll stick with the parrot avatar. And change my sig to "I should have listened to PaulSkinsfan"

Ok. Now with Matt's bet, I had to stay away for 1 week. Now, if you do the signature thing, I'll stay away for an additional week, a total of 2. So, in a nutshell:

Paulskinsfan wins: Smootsmack changes his avatar and signatue line. Mattyk doesn't post for 1 week.

Smootsmack & Matt win: Paulskinsfan doesn't post for 2 weeks.

Is that accurate?

I can't speak for Matty's part of the bet.

As for me, if you win it's parrot avatar and new sig for me. If I win it's two weeks off for you. This doesn't include Matty's one week. So it would be a total of three weeks. Unless Matty agrees to merge our bets.

With next week being Thanksgiving week, who knows how much you were going to post anyway or how much I'm going to be on the site. I want two solid weeks.

Way to man up and take the bet by the way. I disagree with you on just about everything, but I admire your conviction. I suppose ultimately we want the same thing for the Redskins, we just have extremely different attitudes about them.

Ok, we'll go with that then. I actually only disagree with you on Redskins related issues, as you seem to have alot more faith in the current structure of the Redskins to turn this thing around. I have very little faith in the current structure. Im most frustrated with Snyder, he seems to be a man of great intelligence and one that learns from his mistakes in business. However, Snyder refuses to hire a GM and to step out of the picture as far as the Skins go. Ive given them 3+ years now, and although Ive seen some improvement , I just don't think Gibbs and Company are the cure, and certainly not Snyder's current system of draft/free agency by committee.

Anyway, I hope I lose. I need to spend less time on here anyway.

Re: Pourin' Some Kool-Aid for My Homeys, Redskins Will Beat Dallas

Here's my Koolaid thinking (actually, it's not koolaid, it's just an optimist's outlook):

1. Dallas this week is NOT a must win. We'll be in the hunt without this one.

2. There are winnable games left on the schedule (note: we have to actually win them! I know, I know, we suck, fire gibbs blah, blah, blah...): Buffalo, Minn, Chi, TB (tough one): that's 9 wins, without Dallas or NY.

3. Dallas may not need week 16--plus, it's in DC and we may need it as a "win or go home" game. Hence, that is a winnable one, and if we're in that position, we've got some momentum. So, we can beat Dallas at HOME to go 10-6, or 9-7.

4. On the road in NYC is tough, but god, we owe those bastards, and I'm not sold on them. A possible win, if we don't get TB or one of the others.

5. Put it all together, and things are hardly lost here, folks. What makes this koolaid, I guess, is the crazy idea that we can beat Buffalo and Chicago at home, Minn on the road, and Tampa or NY on the road. Then at home for Dallas, with Randy Thomas back. You might say it's koolaid to think we can beat ANYONE now. I say that's the post-loss depression talking. I say get your negative heads out of the dark recesses of your own complaining asses, and have a little hope!!!! (And here, to help you out, have a sip of this sweet fruit-like punch, with no more than 10% real fruit juice....)

Good post. That stretch against the Bills, Bears, Vikings, Bucs is probably more important but a win against the Cowboys would be huge for morale.

Re: Pourin' Some Kool-Aid for My Homeys, Redskins Will Beat Dallas

Admittedly, and despite the cool rationality of my last post, nothing would ease the pain like kicking the shit out of the Dallas Cowroids.

So, hell yeah! We're gonna stomp some skulls! We're gonna re-break some Brokeback mother-fuckers! We're gonna channel the ghost of George Allen and the Squire and take the pissed off negative energy of all these whinging spine-less fans, and hit God's toilet with a perfect four-flusher shit-storm.

In other words, we're gonna play our guts out. Pass the koolaid, biatches.

I love the people who say they are just keeping it real or I don't live in a fantasy world while posting on the internet.

cool.

Why don't you start an "I'm a douche, I'm the worst fan ever" thread. That just might be more fitting.
