Re: Still Don't get why Move Orakpo to LB

1) I believe that your questions about pass rush were answered in responses above. You will see that responses describe scenarios in which Orakpo is contributing as much, or even more, to the pass rush from the LB position as he would from DE. So you can easily read how your question was answered. 2) I believe that if you read enough, you will see plenty of questioning of the front office here on the Warpath. You can easily read these critiques. So the way to solve all of your problems on this thread is to read and listen to others. It is that easy, or should be that easy anyway.

![]() He WILL be pass rushing from both positions this year. Switching him between the positions keeps him on the field for more plays, plus we're deeper on the D-line than LB currently, so he can fill a need while allowing another good DLman to get on the field. He's proven he can play LB, he's fast and I disagree about him looking lost, he did not give up any big plays and was in on a lot of tackles, as well as in the QB's facemask. By playing him at LB on some plays, we can get more talent on the field besides him and also use his talents the way they should be.

Re: Still Don't get why Move Orakpo to LB
He's quick, he will still be used as a DE but primarily as a hybrid. He's very athletic. He can ( and has shown) he can rush the passer but from what i have seen he seems to be a natural at LB.

Re: Still Don't get why Move Orakpo to LB
4 pages explaining something pretty basic to a Cowboys fan, c'mon people how did we fall for this?
It's simple, Rak killed two birds with one stone. He's athletic and coachable enough to play LB and DE, so why not should be the real question. |

![]() Someone go to the Cowboys site and start a thread asking "I still don't get why Jerrah would order Wade to use Romo as a holder."
