There is no one named Dennis Riley on the team. The tweeter needs to get his names straight.

Re: On the radar: Skins WR's

All I know is that without Armstrong, this team has no chance at receiver. He is TO in a Rod Smith package and will be to the receiving corp what Sultan McCollough was to the RB's. Championship!!

I have Shay Hodge as the new Marko Mitchell. He will definitley need to play special teams to stay.

Let's go Terrence Austin.. the last 7th rounder we drafted out of UCLA worked out pretty decently.

I can see us adding more receivers before the regular starts.

Re: On the radar: Skins WR's

Speaking of adding more receivers... Things are getting worse with Vincent Jackson & the Chargers.. I'd love to have actual TALENT in our WR core, and we all know we have deep pockets if Shanahan wants him.

Vincent Jackson - 27yrs, 6'5", 4.48s 40 yd

San Diego Chargers moving on without Vincent Jackson, Marcus McNeill - ESPN
June 16th, 2010

As expected, San Diego restricted free agents Vincent Jackson and Marcus McNeill didn't sign their tenders by the June 15 deadline. Now, Chargers general manager A.J. Smith says the team is preparing for the 2010 season without them.

...The two players do not plan to report for the start of training camp and quite possibly well beyond, league sources have told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. The Union-Tribune is reporting that the two players plan to hold out until after Week 10 of the 2010 season unless they receive long-term deals or are traded.

...The 27-year-old Jackson has had two straight seasons with more than 1,000 receiving yards and has led the league in each of those years in average yards per catch.

Nor about SD's willingness to accept him as part of the deal apparently

Re: On the radar: Skins WR's

was looking up some stats earlier on some receivers around the league

it's important that we really get at least DT up to speed, the guy can be plain nasty.. 25 catches.. 11 missed tackles on him.. I mean we all remember some plays where he had guys bouncing off of him.. I just hope that his head is really in it right now.. he's had a busy offseason with photo and video shoots, per his twitter (I feel like I'm PFT right now) he's been traveling quite a bit, which I'm sure isn't that uncommon for a guy in the NFL offseason, I just hope that he's not too distracted with the fame that he's found outside of football.. he may like magazines and the attention from the ladies but he'll get a lot more cake if he shows to be a premier receiver and then not only will he be in the fashion magazines but on ESPN, SI, etc too

he's the guy I'm really rooting for to show his commitment and have a breakout year.. I have a feeling that Davis will pick up right where he left off.. hoping to be surprised by Kelly, if they can utilize his strengths he'll be a good role player at the worst

Agree i think DT know's if he didn't play in the NFL he wouldn't be in the video's/photo shoots with out the football there is NO stardom. He'll be ready.

HTTR.
