I cried during two different episodes of full house. It ranks #2 on TV shows that have made me cry behind Redskins games. The one where uncle Jesse moves out, the one where Papuli died....

We should start a full house discussion thread.

I'm moving to Germany, at least they have a history of tolerance there. Wait a minute...

Both just gut-wrenching episodes. But let's remember the laughter like when Michelle killed her goldfish by giving it a bubble bath

Daseal, you may want to re-read my posts. I specifically stated that the content of the skit didn't bother me. I never mentioned my child - who was asleep for an hour and a half before the skit aired.

I have no problem with the content of what was aired. Personally, I didn't think it was particularly "SEXUAL", as you put it, either. The content was appropriate for the hour it aired - but it had nothing to do with football. My beef is that the job of the NFL isn't to directly promote a network show. What happens when Fox decides T.O. needs to promote the show that airs opposite "Desperate Housewives"? Is he obligated to do so, just because Fox is airing his game?

My point is that the networks should treat the games as news that they have the exclusive right to cover live, not as an event they get to plan and shape.

Brud, its a 1-2 minute spot, the network pays about $20 trillion to carry those games, and they lose money on them... the whole point of losing money on football games is so that people check out your other shows from their advertising during the event... if you don't like it, then you need to let the network know that you'll either front the money or buy the rights to monday night football
