Expect a classic NFCE game, which makes it impossible to predict.

Will be a fantastic one to watch though even if it's low scoring. The one thing I don't like going into this one is the Iggles dline can be nasty. Keep Trent Cole away.

It's Ried's last game on Philly and I imagine quite a number of players on thier roster. I expect them to bring it and go out with splash. I am concerned but I don't think they are good enough offensively to keep up.

Actually, I think RG3 is going to play with a big-ass chip on his shoulder after what Cousins did last week. I expect more than 329 yards passing and at least 3 TDs from the soon to be rookie of the year.

Just the way Alfred Morris runs angry after a fumble or bad carry and punishes people, I think RG3 comes out and plays angry. He's going to want to make a point and punish the Eagles. The Eagles will try to put on a good show for Reid's farewell. If we jump out to an early lead, the Eagles give up by the half, Cousins is in for the 4th quarter and we win 41 - 10. If we let the Eagles hang close early, then it'll be a fight all day until RG3 seals the deal at the end and we win 27 - 20.

I expect a much more competitive game than the last meeting. Eagles have nothing to lose, and are playing for pride mostly which makes this game that much more dangerous. The best way to deal with that is to break their will early and create a good double digit lead. THEN, we can control the game with the running game. I feel as though if it is close, and we let them stay in it, we lose...

What I meant to say is:

Skins 34
Eagles 16

Foles isn't the same QB he was 6 weeks ago -- they'll definitely put up some points. But RG3 puts the team on his back for 5 scores (3 passing, 2 rushing)

Skins: 45
Eagles:35

You really think so? with all those TOs?

RG3 over Wilson b/c Seattle's defense is fantastic and Redskins will probably end up with the same record.
RG3 over Luck b/c he'll have less TOs

Oh and the last to first doesn't hurt either.

I have come to think there is absolutely no way that Luck will ROY. Fact of the matter is he isn't even 2nd best, and with both Seattle and Washington in the hunt at this point his biggest selling point (led his team to playoffs) is minimized.

I tend to believe it's a 2 game playoff (i may have said this before). Sunday night, Russell Wilson will put his bid for it on display, and if he shines (like I expect) that will have him in the front.

The following week, one of 3 games will be flexed (Hou v Indy, Cinci v Balt, or Dal v Skins), unless dallas and us both lose, it will be our game, and Griffin will make his case for it. For a reminder of that, look at his game when the Heisman was in question.

As for Luck, he is 31st in the league in passer rating. Read that again --- 31st. He is tied for 1st in INT's: Griffin has 4, Wilson has 9, Luck has 18. He is 33rd, right 33rd, in completion %, Finally he is 17th in yards per attempt. If he gets it, it's kinda a sham.

Total QBR Griffin 6, Wilson 8, Luck 12
on qbr, can anyone explain the Penalty EPA. Luck has a huge Penalty EPA compared to any other qb (+16.1, Griffin for comparison is +7, and Wilson is +6), I think if you changed the +16 to +7, Luck would drop even further, I just don't know what causes + penalty epa's.

QBR has a fairly strange ratings system compared to other metrics. One of the things it does is weight individual plays. Giving bonus points if its an important time of the game. So a 10 yard pass on 3rd and 8 for a first down isnt worth a whole lot in the 1st quarter. But in the 4th quarter when you are down by 7, it gets a ton of bonus points. Since Luck has a lot of come from behind wins in the 4th quarter, he gets a lot of bonus points for QBR.

Since each play is watched and graded, it is also somewhat subjective. Luck may have a lot of int's, but if the people grading the play deem it to be the WR's fault, Luck doesnt get knocked down (or very little) on QBR.

Colts won what? 1 game last year. But I actually would have a 3 way tie because honestly all of them deserve it. Just because Wilson has a good defense doesn't mean he isn't having a great season. Plus I fear that the injury will hurt Griffin s chances

I understand that, but I don't get a +17 on penalties. what does luck do that causes such a big discrepancy between his penalty epa,16.1, and the next closest, P Manning at 12.4. I am thinking because he throws more paases he gets more pass interference calls, probably on 3rd and longs, but I don't know.
