That happened didn't it? Because I question my memory at this point, because that's the correct sequence....but it doesn't seem real coming from this team.

Can someone verified we ran the ball and the QB sneak?
Yep that drive went like this: Cousins to Garcon for 10, Cousins to Jackson for 59, Cousins incomplete, Kelley 4 yard run, Cousins 1 yard TD run

I think we all want that. McVay apparently thinks we want wild cat plays, fade passes, and shotgun formation with no threat of the run.

I'd settle for at least lining up under center with Kelley in the back field even if you pass all 3-4 times. You have to make them be prepared to defend the run.

Im not crazy....we did run the ball and we scored a TD? SirLK26 this is no insult...but I may need a second to confirm. Or do we have video evidence so I can show my grandkids in 30 years? This is real?

Have the Skins announced a parade in honor of the feat?

I DID like that little bootleg pass that Kelly dropped. That was money with Gibbs. I think Sellers had 10 catches that year for like 10 TDs. No one could stop it.

I thought Smith would be a 12-to-15 sack guy, this season.

I know there are times QB's will have predetermined throws on the goalline. Particularly, when a fade is called. But, Cousins shouldn't recognized something pre-snap. Besides, we haven't converted a fade all season.

Freeze the video at 2:15.... Just take a look at Crowder (at the bottom of the screen).

If kirk had half a second longer on that last throw and he plants his feet crowder scores a td. Just saw the tape on ESPN, kirk has to see that blitz and get it out quick. It's something he has to work on.

I said the same right after he threw the INT (I felt Crowder would've scored).

He's not very good right now. I'll roll with sophomore slump and hope next year he's better. When u see his expression he doesn't even look like he is pumped to be in the game.

I did too - except Kelley can't catch worth a damn. In the GB game, they had a couple of wheel routes to him - both times he was wide open with green fields ahead of him but dropped both. Has he caught a pass? After the GB game, when everyone was all peaches and cream, Gruden praised Kelly but added, half-jokingly, "he needs to learn how to catch a ball in the flat."

Sure he SHOULD catch the ball, but good coaching plays to strengths ESPECIALLY in the crucial moments. Passing the ball to Kelly is not playing to his strength - I don't care how well designed the play is. McVay SHOULD KNOW THAT and not call on Kelly to catch passes at crucial moments.

What Kelly is good at is getting skinny and driving for a two yards when only one is available b4 contact. DO THAT!

No pun intended, but I hope Long is not out for long! Sullivan came in and did a good job. He's a nine year vet, so you'd expect him to be plug 'n play. The play that Long got hurt on was something that I used to see on a regular basis with the hogs. When the center pulls he was able to block two defenders, which freed up Kelly for a decent run. I haven't seen that out of a Redskins offensive line in awhile, so that shows you Spencer Long is a smart, valuable guy that we're desperately going to need down the stretch.

I loved AZ taking a chance and blitzing us. We never do that shit late in games and it kills us. Sometimes u have to take chances. I bet kirk is pissed after seeing that play today.

He lacks the quickness, foot speed, and pass rush moves to play OLB in a 3-4. The only hope I see to get value out of him is to have him gain 30 pounds and move him inside.

He actually did see the Blitz. He said he was going to switch to Max protect but decided not to, and it was miscommunication by Crowder and Himself. Crowder ran a choice route, and it was the same play vs Dallas were Crowder got the 9 yard game late in the game after catch the 5 yard hitch.

If there is pressure. The WR needs to know that he had to sit on that route. Crowder didn't because Kirk never called Max Pro. IE Kirk will usually call out "Oscar" or "Rhino"

Was a simple miscommunication by both guys and it cost us. It's something they will get better at as years go on.
