I do, just take a look at my past comments about Brunell, and the Portis trade, I was dead on, as I will be with Campbell it's only a matter of time. If Ramsey can't get it done under Gibbs, no way Campbell will either. Gibbs has made much more than just 1 good decision in Taylor regardless of how much of a problem this kid turns out to be, he has defiently made good moves Cooley was a tremendous move for us, the problem is he is creating a big problem cap wise with highly over priced players, Brunell and Portis are absolultly killing us cap wise we have something like 95 mil tied up between the 2, I like Clinton but not for what we gave up in trade or money, and couple that with the fact that we have to redesign the offensive blocking schemes for him [ which by the way I said we would have to do when we traded for him ] I just feel other backs were available at far more reasonable price that would have been more conducive to Gibbs style of offensive running game. |

Re: Patten on Ramsey
Regardless of how those backs would have played, it wasn't because Clinton was too small, it was because the offense was outdated. Even if he had a bruiser back, I don't think it would have been that much better.
