Re: Redskins 27 Eagles 20 post game thread
TO BREAK A TIE WITHIN A DIVISION
If, at the end of the regular season, two or more clubs in the same division finish with identical won-lost-tied percentages, the following steps will be taken until a champion is determined. Two Clubs Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games between the clubs). Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference. Strength of victory. Strength of schedule. Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed. Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed. Best net points in common games. Best net points in all games. Best net touchdowns in all games. Coin toss Three or More Clubs (Note: If two clubs remain tied after third or other clubs are eliminated during any step, tie breaker reverts to step 1 of the two-club format). Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games among the clubs). Coin toss |

Team's best acquisition of the season, at least based on what it cost to get him.

If cowboys beat us both 9-7 both 4-2 in division, next tiebreaker is common opponents win percentage and cowboys would win that tiebreaker.

Re: Redskins 27 Eagles 20 post game thread
They would be 4-2 in the division. We're ahead of them in all the tiebreakers right now, but they can change that by beating us.
EDIT: beaten

If the giants lose, we just need Minnesota to lose to GB, bears to lose today or next week against the lions then we clinch a spot

If the Redskins lose next week, they are out of the playoffs. If the Cowboys beat the Redskins next week, the Cowboys win the NFC East, the Giants are the Wild Card, and the Redskins are out of the playoffs. All or nothing next week for the Redskins!

Re: Redskins 27 Eagles 20 post game thread
I think there's a couple scenarios where the Redskins can back in with a loss next week, but none where they can win the NFC East.
