Redskins tight end Jordan Reed, safety Montae Nicholson and receiver Maurice Harris have been ruled out for Sunday.

Melvin Gordon had eight fumbles in his first two seasons, but according to ESPN Stats & Information now leads the NFL with 249 touches this season without a fumble.

I was saying, I dont think he was ever fully healthy before returning, that hit he took from Garcon was something fierce

Yop, nothing there to think he's somehow injury prone, he simply took a sick hit. Honestly I was quite shocked he returned to the game.
Let him rest, he'll ball for us next year. DB is not the squad I'm worried about anyway...

I fully expect us to lose, but i hope it is not a blowout. This is the time of the year when things get really ugly. I worry that guys will stop playing because it's a lost season.

I understand keeping the guys out there as long as we're not mathematically eliminated from the PO race, but once this is the case yeah TW should get his surgery done ASAP.

If you do choose to rest Scherff and Moses too you'll have to sit Kirk. But I don't think Gruden is in position to do that.
5-11 would jeopardise his job.

They were talking about that on the Junkies the other day. They had said that once we are eliminated, that if the skins are 100% sure that they want Cousins to be their long term guy, then they rest him too, to protect him from injury. But if they are still on the fence then you keep him out there to A) continue to judge him, and B) let him audition basically for other teams so you can try and trade him,etc..

I might be wrong, but i think that even if we lose today, we are not mathematically eliminated, i saw a playoff scenario generator that has the skins making the playoffs at both 9-7 and 8-8, but i believe both scenarios end up getting a lot of help from other teams.

Nsekhe starting at LT instead of TW, no Roullier.

So Nsekhe, Kouandjio, Bergstom, Scherff and a limping Moses ?

Gruden better have a solid gameplan!

Re: On to San Diego, I mean LA...

The Redskins defense stopped them and forced them to settle for 3.... offense has to put points on the scoreboard.

Re: On to San Diego, I mean LA...

Why would Gruden call a inside handoff on third down instead of passing the ball ? Goddamnit!
