The only guy out of the top FA's that SI had us signing, yet I saw in one tweet (i think) that the Skins are linked with 20 FA's. kinda like the bad old days.

If we were a SB contender, maybe like New England or Seattle then that signing makes sense. But we're not there yet so no need to sign a 30 year old back up RB to several millions. You said yourself he would get 2 million, that is not several, Thats barely anything, and he isnt just a 30 year old backup

Had we let Rak go then he would be an obvious choice. Not the case so we have no use for him.

Whatever his price is he's going to want guaranteed money. Too many holes to fill on this team and a back up rb isn't one of them.

We need to spend this cap money on linemen and the secondary.

Plus I want to see what Chris Thompson can do for us. He was supposed to be our Sproles at the league minimum.

Especially one that can line up all over the field and return kicks too.
