Re: 2010 NCAA Tourney

My bracket is very close to being completely dead...with no active teams left!

All I have left is Kentucky (my pick to win it all) and West Virginia.

Insanity.

I lost Syracuse, who was supposed to play UK in the final game for me.

All I have to root for it Kentucky to win 3 more and for Duke to lose tonight.

Re: 2010 NCAA Tourney

At this point, I'd love to see Kentucky and Duke go down...might has well have no #1s left for the Final Four.

YouTube - Kentucky v Duke: Hill Pass, Laettner Jumper
Yep, I was 9.. my parents were out of town for the night for some convention for my stepdad's work. I literally had tears coming out of my eyes up until Laettner hit the shot.

Re: 2010 NCAA Tourney

that had to have been the worst half of ball that I've ever watched

and damn close to the worst first half that I've ever seen from Duke

we hate how our Skins play to the competition of others.. Duke is great at it too

Re: 2010 NCAA Tourney

I find it funny that if college basketball went with the BCS format the national championship would have been Kansas vs Kentucky. Kentucky didn't make it to the Final Four while Kansas didn't even get to the Sweet 16.

Re: 2010 NCAA Tourney

When college football goes with a 64 team tournament, I can't wait for the Houston-Clemson national championship game.

Although I don't think anyone's proposal is a larger field than 16, which I'm okay with.

I'd settle for a field of 8. Heck I could even deal with a field of four.

By the way can anyone guess when was the last time four number 1 seeds advanced to the final four?

Re: 2010 NCAA Tourney

I hate WVU. It troubles me to say this, but I think I would like to see Duke win this match up...

WVU's (football and basketball) teams consist of a bunch of punks who couldn't make the grades at top program schools so WVU was more than happy to take them. I'm pretty sure you can get into WVU with a 2.0, and at least take the SAT coming right out of high school.

Such a joke of a school.
