But, as usual, the monday morning couch coach who's got two or three games to go on knows better than the coaches who actually watch the guy practice every day. Galloway got cut b/c he was slacking off on the field. DT was slacking off before he got to the field.

Nothing of that sort, I'm just pissed Shanahan is giving bum ass Malcolm Kelly more of a chance than Thomas. I mean Kelly is ALWAYS hurt, that man will NEVER see the field, yet Shanahan keeps him and not once gives DT a chance to show something.

I just think it's stupid to keep someone who hasn't played one preseason game and is always hurt, but release someone who played all of them and has showed he can stay healthy.

I know DT wasn't the best at what he did and some of his route running was suspect, but unlike most of our players, you had to have more than one person to bring him down. Remember that play against the Broncos? He broke what, 3 or 4 tacklers?

So your saying that Shanahan is stupid and after all his years experience cannot evaluate talent. You then give one example of DT making a play. So your standards is make just one play in two years and you should play on the team. OK

I like DT thought he would get better this season but I guess he did not take his football career serious enough during the off season to improve his game. DT cannot hold a candle to Joey Galloway who had a great career. Galloway is a stud to even be playing a wr at 39 years of age. DT will be another bust wr drafted by the Redskins ( Desmond Howard, Taylor Jacobs, Rob Gardner, Marko Mitchell,) oh Albert Connel was just a idiot who stole from a teammate's locker while playing with the Saints.

I'm sure that Chad Dukes feels the same as you because he hasn't been able to let the Devin Thomas break up go either. It's not like this is Darrel Green got cut and you have a connection to this guy. He didn't win any games of note for us, so Devin I'll miss the way that you had your way against the Broncos that one time. I'll also miss that saints game when you were fairly productive. Id be remiss if I failed to thank you for your kick and punt returns that didn't excite, but i've never seen anyone get to the 20 yard line after running right to the sideline into all of the traffic. Will he be good? Who knows, all I know is that he didn't do much while he was a Skin, so eff him.

I hope that you can find success on another roster, but when you play the Skins I hope that you suck all kinds of morning after a weed enhanced Thanksgiving Day of gluttony shit! Outside of playing the Skins I don't care what you do. In 5 years? Maybe you're talking about somebody else, DT has only been in the league 3 years. Still doesn't excuse the lack of production though. As a wideout, all you ever have to do is block, run the right route, and catch the ball. Even rookie 7th round picks get that, but apparantly DT didn't get the memo.
