Mike sellers is 36. I'm wondering what the point of the move was... Why convert him? Just cut him.

Keiland is moving ( moving back I think) to fullback and will compete there with Young, for now.

And Kerrigan hyperextends knee, out two days

Man I just hate to hear anything about a knee injury no matter how minor. Hopefully Kerrigan can quickly recover.

I love the move of Keiland to FB, I think he's overall ok, but too damn slow at tailback. Shanny is all about some versatility. He might be telling Keiland if your gonna make the team, its gonna be here.

He showed a little skill in the passing game last year, I would think he'd be a better pass catching option at fullback than Sellers was. Sellers caught some, but he also had plenty of drops.

Kerrigan hurt, Laron still hurting from an Achilles.
Bad signs already.

Maybe this is our year..to get the number one pick!

All I want to see from this team is explosiveness on offense and improvement on defense. I hope we have a chance to draft Luck or Landry Jones.

Re: Training camp 2011 thread

LL is only 7 months back from surgery, no need to rush him.

Yeah but he's 7 months back from shoulder and wrist surgery, not Achilles surgery. He's at least 9 months removed from when he first aggravated the Achilles, and if it was that seriously aggravated he should've had surgery on that too. Instead he's still experiencing problems with the Achilles and if it gets worse through him trying to play through it, he might end up having surgery on it anyways.

or it could be fine. everyone needs to chill. landry being hurt isn't the difference between us winning 8 games or 11 games this year. Can't we all get used to the fact that we simply might be a bad team this year? No need to constantly be worked up about injuries to established guys. I am more interested in our young guys staying healthy so they can get experience.

Well I mean by all accounts it was indicated that he didn't tear it or anything, but he is one of the bright young spots on this team and as of now Horton is our backup plan since Doughty hasn't resigned.

It's been 4-5 months since the trainers have seen him, I think they just want to take it slow and ease him back in. Hopefully it's not a sign of bigger things.

According to LL he's turned a corner in the last month or two.
