Re: Around the NFL Week 17

Could someone explain to me why the ravens would even consider letting go of Harbaugh? He’s won them a Super Bowl and they’re consistently playoff contenders. Other teams with vacancies are rumored to want to trade for him. Is there a bad relationship with the frying office or something?

Eric decosta is taking over full time gm. Any extension and harbaugh will want more control so that would need to be reconciled. Also he has been a .500 coach since their last super bowl win and hasn’t made the playoffs for four years.

Re: Around the NFL Week 17

Watching these playoff games this weekend makes me want a killer defense more than anything.

All 8 teams this weekend have some issue or issues offensively but the common trait is good to great defenses.

If we had a great defense we would have been a 10 win team despite the S show on offense.

Fuckin amen bro. We have no team identity. I know the NFL wants to get rid of these intense defensive playoff battles but I love games like these.

And we know we're not turning into the Saints or Rams anytime soon so being suffocating defensively should be our identity.

Also amazing how Melvin Ingram is the Chargers sack leader with 7 this year. Yet people still shit on Kerrigan even though he has 13.

S/N this Ravens/Chargers (if the Chargers stay out of the end zone here) will be a game of inches and winning one-on-one's.

Re: Around the NFL Week 17

The Bears really believe in investing in elite talent at the LB position in their 3-4.

Smith, Floyd, and Mack are so darn fast.

Trevathan is no slouch either.

Re: Around the NFL Week 17

In 2013, we had Kyle Shanahan, Sean McVay, and Matt Lafleur on our staff.

Ridiculous.
