So HTTR, and stay positive...
Your right
I told my buddy last weeks win was almost as good as Superbowl
It just hurts more because we blew this
And I think the blame clearly lies on Shan

Losing hurts but we have to look at the big picture

Shanny was in grids ear a bunch before and after the half,,,,,,if Griff said " I'm good coach" then it is on griff, and I believe that is what happened, shanny should have pulled him when it became more than obvious he was no good.

The only way Redskins would have won the game is with a healthy RG3. Cousins would not have even scored 14.

Matty didnt you say we should have taken Griff out? Good season. Division champs. Young team. But - come on man - on the decision to leave Griff in.

Re: Skins hawks game day thread

This loss comes down on Shanny's shoulders in a large part. That last run by Robert that netted a first down in the 3rd quarter where he limped the whole way, should have told Shanny to pull the plug on him and at least try Cousins. Robert wasn't in a position to win the game and why risk the future of your franchise. You can give the Seahawks their due, they are huge, and very physical, but you can't win when your own coach puts on the brakes by leaving in a virtual cripple. Also, what was with Montgomery and all those low snaps? That low snap is what did in Robert, but he shouldn't have been in past the first series of the second half.

I didn't think anything that would happen today could leave a bad taste in my mouth about this season and this coaching staff...but I'll be damned if my Redskins don't always find a way.

Lets keep some perspective here. 10-6, NFC champs, 7 wins in a row, great rookie combo with RG3 and Morris, the future is bright.
