GOOD MOVE Cobbs. Get out of this 25 year old shit hole . Go to a winning, sound, respectable organization. I’m willing to bet 3/4 of our locker room wants out of here.

Been faithfully following and spending money on this team faithfully For 26 years since Gibbs retired in 92. I’ve grown to hate the Redskins. Sad and disenfranchised Just like the rest of this eroding fan base

Fans like me have seen what over that timeframe? One playoff win. Never a season over 10 wins. Get the fuck out of here this team is garbage and has been for 26 years. Let that sink in....There are fans that have only seen this team win one playoff game and never a season over 10 wins. The only team in that timeframe to do worse than that would be the Browns And the brownstone even count because they move to Baltimore and won a Super Bowl and Baltimore is had multiple successful seasons

This team has been one failed experiment, one failed coach, one failed quarterback, one failed coordinator after the other and it’s been total fucking garbage for 26 years. A complete disgrace to George Allen Lonbardi Joe Gibbs and the people who once made this organization proud

For most of us here all we know is losing, turmoil, embarrassment, disarray, failed decisions, debacle. For most of us that’s all we’ve seen over 26 years. Apathy has set in for millions of fans

He's in the kitchen making Snyder's post-practice PB&J.

Or maybe he’s already been fired, and told to stay away from all activities, but they’re keeping it quiet until the end of the season

Re: Jags Pregame Thread

They kept Colt on the active roster just in case he can come back from a BROKEN LEG.

They could have put Colt on IR and moved him up with no problem.

This FO is completely incompetent.

No, they already brought back Marshall and Quinn from IR. You can only bring back two guys.

My post wasn't clear, apologies.

They could have placed Colt on IR and moved Simmie Cobbs from the practice squad to the active roster, as Cooley had been calling for, for several weeks to keep him from being poached.

Colt isn't coming back this year with a broken fibula, but instead they kept Colt at the ready for the playoff run.

Like Gibbs used to say, "super smart."

If Gruden and Doug Williams was so wise they would have drafted a QB in the late rds and stashed him on the practice squad and had #8 Hogan as the 3rd string QB... ... a standard FO has foresight.....

Lots of roster moves, Sundberg to IR, Bibbs cut.

The Cobbs situation is more stupid than it seemed, notwithstanding Colt.

I was unaware we only carried 52 players into the Monday Night game against the Eagles. What is the reason you wouldn't dress the maximum amount? Even if it's somebody you don't feel is going to play wouldn't you want to go into a game with the most available players? Do they not know about their own injury history?

52 on the active roster but they can only dress 48 for a game so you see 5 inactive per game.

We tried that with Nate Sudfeld but the eagles signed him off our practice squad.

They need to address the players that are injury prone and move on from some of them so they can save roster spots. You just can’t have a dedicated backup for Thompson and Lauvao anymore.

Speaking of which, why in the world cut Bibbs? Thompson is listed as questionable due to illness. And it isn’t as though he or AD have been completely healthy.
