I think he's smart enough to go somewhere where he's got a shot to start though. That won't happen in Dallas.
Really could care less where he goes. If he's playing for Dallas then great. That means it improves our chance of winning. Wish the guy well and all, but I wouldn't be afraid of facing him twice a year.

Yesterdays game? Culliver did not play in yesterdays game and has not played since the Carolina game on 11/22 due to injury.

We need t be more balanced. We need to run the ball more. We do not have a blocking TE on the roster worth a damn. Big blocking Te's that can also be a receiving threat are tough mismatch on defenses. Mark Bavaro - Rob Gronkowski type TE gives defenses fits.

I really like the foundation we have here now with SM at GM. I think we need to add another piece on the O-line, then stock up on DBs. If Hatcher retires, then definitely a playmaking D-lineman. Work your magic Scott. High hopes for next year. At the very least we should push for another division title

RGIII will flourish in the right system. Most players who we think suck just aren't playing in a system that compliments their strengths. That being said Cousins is the QB for next couple of years at least....

RGIII won't flourish until he masters the basics of playing from the pocket.

Agreed. Better days? Yeah -- here's why: Scot McCloughan Greets Players As They Leave Field

Love this guy.

Re: Better days ahead. (Off season part 1 thread)

Matching this year's record is going to be tough next year. We play lots of really good teams outside the division.

As yesterday's game showed, we have lots of holes - team speed on D, interior OL, RB, blocking TE. We need to beat good teams and that will be tough for this team. We are heading in the right direction though. We have a solid QB going forward and the makings of a good line - still a couple pieces short.

I would not be surprised if we go 8-8 next year but be a better team than this year.

Who should we go after?

Because we have this guy:

7th ranked QB: FOOTBALL OUTSIDERS: Innovative Statistics, Intelligent Analysis | QUARTERBACKS 2015

With the 32nd ranked rushing attack: FOOTBALL OUTSIDERS: Innovative Statistics, Intelligent Analysis | 2015 OFFENSE EFFICIENCY RATINGS

And the 25th ranked defense: FOOTBALL OUTSIDERS: Innovative Statistics, Intelligent Analysis | 2015 DEFENSE EFFICIENCY RATINGS

If he isn't that good, you should be able to list several names that are his equivalent that we could sign or draft?

You're obviously the smartest poster on here. Name names and prove it.

This.

Expectations next year for record - somewhere between 7-9 and 9-7. However, I do expect us to be more competitive against the better teams in the league.

We still need a lot of work on the roster. Speed on defense and depth across the board.

That being said, I don't think it is far fetched to think in two years we could be a consistent 10 win team. Great year. Great nucleus. Great foundation.
