You know how some coaches just find a way when the odds are long and you’ve dealt with injuries or whatever? Well Gruden NEVER finds a way. He beats who he’s supposed to beat and nobody else.

Us and dallas are similar. Both coaches are players guys that bring no intensity. Jay only starts cussing refs out after the games already out of hand. And Jay never gets any players fired up.

Why are we talking about a coach who isn't here anymore? He's a respected coach and all but it didn't work out here. Some was his fault, some wasn't. He ain't coming back to work for Snyder.

Is it the coaching? Are players just playing for the check? No easy answers here. Only obvious problem I see is HHCD isn't ready, which should be obvious. Guys get months to train and prepare, OTA's, training camp, preseason games to learn schemes. Asking a guy to cram all that into a week is tomfoolery.

Let’s not reinvent history Shanahan was to blame for plenty in his time here including his mishandling of RGIII’s injury situation.
