Schefter just said the recovery time is generally 8-10 weeks. So what is it? lol

When in doubt go with Schefter. Still if you think about it it might be 3-4 weeks for a normal person to heal. A football player is a different story since it might need longer to heal for the sake of doing what it needs to do, in Romo's case standing up to hits from 270+ pound maniacs.

It all depends on where the injury is on the bone as well. It would seem he is most likely done for the year.

giants are the best team in the nfc, in my opinion. they are definitely the team im most worried about in the conference, and we have 2 games with them still. great on defense, solid on offense.

We can beat them.

I have faith in at least a split this year.

I've found a new guilty pleasure - reading (not responding) the cowboy forum as they go through this. I almost feel sympathetic. Naahhh

Good news is we play to the level of our opposition. Whatever happens, odds are the game is decided by three points.

Re: NFL Regular Season Thread (Week 7)

It would not surprise me at all if we beat the Giants twice...we need to protect mcnabb though because like us they've opened up a mash unit on teams

Romo still looks like he wants the serial number on the bullet train that hit him

Re: NFL Regular Season Thread (Week 7)

Our defense has to contain that offense (NYG) which is clicking on all cylinders right now and our offense is going to get obliterated by that defense unless Donovan McNabb starts throwing better and Kyle Shanahan picks up the play calling.

I agree Rbane, Donovan and co better get their heads on straight or the Gmen are going to sweep our asses. We probably can sweep the Boys now, as long as we stay healthy.

The Giants had been flying under the radar all year until now. They look really good. They essentially spotted Dallas 20 points, and have been all over them since.

Their offense is damn good. That young receiving corps is pretty awesome (Nicks is an effing monster), they have two complimentary backs, and Manning is very good behind that O-line.

IMO their only real weakness is LB.

Re: NFL Regular Season Thread (Week 7)

Wade Phillips is such a hapless loser. How do you not take points there? A FG only puts you behind two scores. And then he looks so stunned on the sidelines. Fail fail fail.

Love seeing Jerrah's plastic face in the owner's box. LOL!!

You think we'll hear anything from Sandtrap the rest of the year?

Dallas is soooo bad. How stupid do all the pundits look now? And all the hater saying how lucky the Redskins were to beat Dallas. Turns out Dallas just ain't that good.

Re: NFL Regular Season Thread (Week 7)

Does anyone know where I can find the fox broadcast map for next week?

We don't play the Giants for a few weeks, lets see how they look and how healthy they are then before we predict wins and loses.

How can you all count us out of anything the way we are playing? We arent the same team we have been.
