Ryan Mallett show tonight!

It should be nice to see how he plays against a team like OhioSt

Mallet was 24/47 for 277 yards, TDs and one very costly choke pick near the end of the game.
That didn't help his draft status.

Well he seemed to have had the Redskins experience during that game. He had no time to throw the ball, there was no running game, and his receivers kept dropping easy passes.

Everyone here knows JoeRedskin has a "special gift". It's just not polite to talk about it on the public forums.

What I want more than anything in this draft is a QB It seems more and more like the qbs are all going to slip. I wouldnt mind going for the best available player with the 10, then trade back into the mid 20's and snag Locker or Mallett. It's risky but I'd pull the trigger. Hopefully this year's 2nd/6th and next years 3rd can do it.

To trade back into the first round this year with our 2nd round pick would require our first next year as well. I don't think anybody has ever traded back into the first round without either giving up multiple 2nd round picks or their first for next season.

Re: Skins have 10th overall selection. Who do we pick?

According to this article Marvin Lewis and Carson Palmer will both be back for the Bengals next season. Only reason I'm posting that in here is because I feel the Bengals are taking themselves out of the discussion of drafting a qb this year, which is a good thing for us. Palmer didn't have a great year, esp. with throwing 20 picks, but I think once Ocho Cinco and Owens weren't playing he became a lot better, and I'd guess it's because he didn't have to worry about getting them their touches.

I'd say it was a little too small of a sample size to draw that conclusion... but if that is correct, then it says a lot about his leadership skills. He needs to be in charge of that team and if that means he has to jump down #85's throat, then so be it.
