28-24 Skins win! Field is in bad shape and should get worse. Hopefully, this will turn into a running game.
Good. I need Turner to make up for Amendola in my fantasy league

I don't really know how much they would have paid him to be honest. They shopped Hall and Barnes during the off-season. Barnes more seriously than Hall (as evidenced by them actually trading Barnes)

But I think it likely would have been Wilson and Finnegan with Hall as the nickel/slot guy

What are the odds...... for D. Hall getting into it with someone on the falcon's coaching staff and getting us a costly penalty?

I think that this happening is an absolute guaranteed event. The shocker would be if it doesnt

I wonder if Mike Shanahan has thought about trading DeAngelo Hall. The Redskins are seemingly right back to where they were two seasons ago with the defense. Sure, we've had some injuries but over the course of the past two seasons DeAngelo Hall has given up the big play. When does he not give up the big play to an elite NFL receiver? When does Hall finally have a game where he shuts down or limits the elite receiver? He still to this day hasn't shown that he can do that. He tied a record 2 years ago for the most INTs in one game but he wasn't playing against elite receivers at all in that game.

Another key to this game will be turnovers. Atlanta is + 10, we are +7. We can attribute a touchdown in each game to the defense. Atlanta picked Peyton 3 times, and Rivers and Cassell 2 times each. Griffin has been great (and lucky) with the ball. If we can avoid the turning it over, then this game is definitely winnable.

I'm just happy tomorrow we don't have Chris Myers and Tim Ryan. Sam Rosen and John Lynch for us.

Re: Skins v Falcons predictions

This is a very difficult game today for our team , but I think we show up big today. I live in Las Vegas area and have been checking the weather and it looks like rain for today's game. If the game gets rain I like our chances much more considering the Birds play in a dome. We need our defense to come up with some takeaways and our special teams to play special for us to get a win at home. We have to make playing home mean something and it starts today. I say we win this game 20-13. I think the wet conditions keep the score down and we get it done in front of Redskins Nation. HTTR

So, ATL is favored by 3 today. I like our odds....

ESPN showed our D statistics vs. the Falcons O with the title, "This could get ugly".

This makes me like our chances even more. The Skins seem to always play better when people give them no real chance.
