Rodgers said this season is likely his last.

If this comes to fruition, I can see Cousins as his likely replacement; if Kirk is available in 26.

Falcons would be killing themselves if they keep Cousins beyond this season.

If Rodgers flails this season, as well hope and expect, I don’t see Tomlin going for another older retread whose skills have dropped off. They’ll prospect elsewhere.

Tomlin might no longer be Steelers coach, if they fail to win a playoff game.

Would be wild if Tomlin never had a losing season…until a certain diva came to town.

I don't think Rodgers necessarily fails, but I don't also don't see him winning a SB there either. I'm just dumbfounded fans don't see how much this guy has regressed the last couple years. The numbers don't lie, and his ain't so hot recently. Unless it's a disastrous season in Pitt, Tomlin likely to stay.

Justin Fields was carted off. Hopefully it was minor but if it's something major; could this be an opening for Kirk Cousins.

Looks like Fields is going to be fine: https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/...eg-injury-camp

Glad to see this. Call me in the minority, but I still think he could be a decent if not good consistent NFL starter. Glad to see him get a real chance. Kid was incredible at UGA but know that doesn't matter at all now.

It honestly feels like the Jets are his first real chance. He didn't have much to work with at all at Chicago. He was always behind Wilson it felt like at Pitt. The Jets job is all his. Jets oline is projected to be good. He has some help with Hall, Wilson, etc. Interested to see how he does there.

Re: The annual QB carousel

Sam Howell is on the move again. Looks like he flopped in becoming JJ McCarthy’s backup. Vikings traded him to Eagles.
