Beer vending is pimp sh*t, thats gotta be cool. The only probably is id be puking just looking down at all the sh*tty beer im carrying, yall need to get some good IPAs and Pale Ales up in that especially if im shelling around 10 for it.

I never really watched the TB safties from a critical standpoint on CP's first ever running play for the Skins before.

They both played that run so badly it's almost hard to believe.

Ahh the memories. I was so giddy that day. Coach Gibbs was back and we had a shiny new RB all ready to dominate.

If I knew then what I know now....

You want to compare him to the other return greats, but he doesn't even remotely come close to those guys. Hester, Cribbs, and most of the other return guys contribute in other areas. He is not.

Don't take my word for it, Skins reporter Chris Russell says he's not liked much around Redskins park. Seems like he has attitude issues.

Actually I don't remember the good game that Devin Thomas had. And you know that "good" game that Banks had: it broke a franchise record for return yards. And he also scored a 96-yard touchdown (the first redskins punt or kickoff td return since 2006). His returns also lead to 15 other redskins points that game. Another 95-yard touchdown return was nullified by a penalty. So to call that game "a good game" is grossly understating it and his skills-- regardless of what you think of him in the lockerroom or off the field.

A Shanahan quote after that game: "If you weren't impressed with him, then you don't enjoy football."

I guess you don't enjoy football much.

One word to describe Banks as a returner: Dangerous.

Fixed for better accuracy.

Ha. that's funny. Replaceable by? Brian Mitchell, the all-time NFL record holder for return yards, whose franchise record he broke with the Lions game.

I'm wait and see on banks. He was my favorite redskin for a while in the beginning of the year. Then he got hurt and played like junk the rest of the season. I think he isn't easily replaceable if he's playing at the top of his game, but if he played like he did down the stretch, I'd say so long. Different people respond differently to injuries, hopefully he will bounce back.

A couple of years ago, Dominic Dorsey and Anthony Alridge were the little speedsters on the team. But neither did much, if anything, come the regular season. Last year, it was Banks (who had a great season for sure).

Who's to say that Aldrick Robinson can't be as exciting as Banks was last year, or as successful?

He can, but why would you risk cutting Banks and having him do that against the redskins, when you already have that in Banks?

And actually I don't remember those other guys being on the same level as Banks.

I'm actually with skinster. If he doesn't regain his top form last year, then cut him. But if he does regain that form, then you absolutely cannot.

We'll probably see as soon as the Steelers game.

IMO you are allowed to be a specialty player for one year after that you have to learn more.

I don't think you can underestimate the impact of a great return man. When I saw Banks get back near the kicking team's line of scrimmage a few times, I thought to myself that's almost like a recovered fumble, interception, or a defensive stop on 4th down.
