That second part isnt true at all, in fact it is one of the reasons his stats took a tumble this year, along with him being lazy.

I disagree but obviously can't definitively say that you are wrong.

I can say that Clowney might be Vernon Gholston Jr.

I'm a gamecock fan that watched most of their games. He was right on the runningbacks behind going the other way. They would try him to his side and he would stuff it. Don't listen to Mayock he was sure Cam was abust and Gabbert was a guarantee. Askl Taj Boyd, he made Ohio state look silly, but could not do anything with Clowney.

I watched all their games and this year he pretty much did close to nothing.

Re: 2014 Combine

He had 3 tackles and 1 sack against Clemson, no one is saying he isn't talented but lets not act like he is the next Reggie White, also dont think he is as good as Julius Peppers was coming out.

I hope he is ok.

What a story. High-profile stories like this don't happen every day.

I had that comparison on my mind too.

I loved watching Flutie play though, he changed the way the game was played when he was in. Not necessarily a great player, just played differently than the other QBs. He had entertainment value and how could you not root for a midget?

He made Drew Brees look like a giant.

He's still contributing to the game too.

i wouldn't pass up on clwney, I like natural talent, he is a good boy. Anyway I don;t expect him to get a fair appraisal.

Re: 2014 Combine

A good boy?

You scout players like Steve Spurrier.
