I was lucky to play the game to a decent level and I saw guys who have and have'nt used ...things. In 1 summer before college I ran ,lifted, ate 5 meals (good ones) a day and drank about 2 to 3 protein shakes a day,went from 215 to 255(a 36in waist) to start college ball.....with in 30 days was back down to 220-225.
