No Skin in the Pro Bowl .... then I see no reason to watch. I'll definitely plan my boycott as one less viewer for the networks in the area.

I heard the sponsors were worried about this.

Re: Redskins Pro Bowl Thread

I think Fletcher not getting in is effected somewhat by fans going homer and he isnt as well known as willis or urlacher but im pretty sure fan voting is just 1/3 of the result with the other 2/3rd being coaching staff and players.

I cant remember the raven (yanda maybe?) but one of them is a pro bowler (and not an alternate either) and his name wasnt even on the fan voting ballot, it had to be a write in if a fan wanted to vote for him.

I guess my point is, if other coaches and players wanted fletcher, I think he would be in. That and i dont think our fan base went hardcore online voting like they did that one year the skins marketing department made a big "vote the skins to the probowl" advertisement push.

Its a shame the only recognition Flethcer gets is consistently being named as the most under-recoginized player in the league but when HOF voting comes around I think the football community will do Fletcher right.

Urlacher done for the season. Torn PCL/MCL

Fletcher will probably be named to the Pro Bowl.
