Re: Around the NFL Week 2

I know I'm being picky and this won't matter after this week, but even though we have the same record as the Iggles and Cowpukes, wouldn't our division record of 1-0 put is in first place? Like, if the season ended today (I know that line sucks), we would be division champs, correct? I keep seeing NBC Washington putting up that we are in a 3-way tie for first.

Correct. But I think the standings simply use alphabetical order if teams have the same record.

So NFL.com has Washington first, then the Cowpukes and Iggles; ESPN has us first, then the Iggles and Cowpukes.

Again, irrelevant in a few days, but thanks for the validation

Lol. I suck. Guess every site is different. I didn't think they used other facts, especially this early in the season.

Re: Around the NFL Week 2

Achilles tears are becoming almost as common as torn ACL's. Wouldn't wish a torn achilles on my worst enemy (I don't really have any enemies that I know of though.

Def hurts, Graham is one of the more underrated players in the league.

How the hell does Joe Barry keep getting DC jobs? The guy has been an absolute train wreck everywhere he has been. I mean is he lying on his resume?
