Dallas Cryboys Thread

Terry McLaurin is in the concussion protocol and will be re-evaluated on Thursday.

McLaurin banged his head on a late Week 16 reception. The injury came at the end of a game where McLaurin caught a new career-high seven passes. It's his first documented concussion as a pro. The sensational rookie is just 81 yards shy of 1,000. The Redskins figure to give him a legitimate chance to suit up against the Cowboys instead of simply shutting him down. If McLaurin does play, he will be catching passes from Case Keenum.

hmmm...gotta get that tank on

Norman sucks so bad that:

The Redskins moved Quinton Dunbar and Danny Johnson to IR and signed two more cornerbacks off the street. They will both play ahead of Josh Norman this weekend in Dallas.

Re: Dallas Cryboys Pre Game Thread

Came into the office today and while driving in heard the Junkies interview Morgan Moses...and I caught something he said. I forget the question asked, but in Morgan's answer he made the point to say "Kevin O'Connell the last 2 games has called the entire game on offense." I took that to mean previously with this responsibility was co-opted most likely with Callahan.

Correlation that the offense as well as Haskins has look extremely better the last 2 games?

This is the bullshit that kills me.

O'Connell should've taken over play calling week 5.

Redskins fans are dying to crown this guy the next McVay but he hasn't done shit. I hope this team starts fresh and scraps everyone in the front office and coaching staff.

I do credit Norman for taking the benching well and not speaking out. He has been professional about it and has not moped on the sideline but seems to be engaged and encouraging these young guys.

Smoot said he guesses the Skins dont want him to get injured bc that could complicate his release at seasons end but gave him the option of suiting up or not, Norman chose to suit up and be on sidelines so he gets credit for games = pension, etc

For all the drama and wrong ways the Skins do things that rub players the wrong way ... this may be the one time things were actually handled professionally and competently.

Until Norman blasts us on his way out the door after his release .. lol.

If anybody is blinded when this eventually happens I gotta question them. Norman won't talk initially, but you can bet as much as he loves to talk eventually he will have some bad words for us. He did the same thing to Carolina when he left there too.

Re: Dallas Cryboys Pre Game Thread

I am far more excited for Monday then I am for Sunday's game.

That said, with Haskins and McClauren out there really isnt one facet of the team I care to see for improvement. Punch and I will finally be rooting for the same thing - a loss to cement the 2nd pick.

Re: Dallas Cryboys Pre Game Thread

Trying to figure out a reason why to even bother watching this game. Think I’ll watch red zone and just check in now and then hoping we’re losing

Re: Dallas Cryboys Pre Game Thread

Hopefully we get to see Cam Sims get more touches and see what he brings to the table.
