Re: Pats massacre pre game
Last 0-5 I remember was Marty Schottenheimer 2001. He then went 5-0 to get us to 5-5 behind a heavy dose of Chris Samuels and Stephen Davis. We finished 8-8.
Marty was five times the coach Gruden will ever be. We'll be lucky to finish 3-13 with Jay's pussy culture.

Re: Pats massacre pre game
I hate to say it but venturing a guess I would have thought the Redskin defense was worse than 28th.

If our offense were good and chasing the other team on the scoreboard, they would put their foot on the gas in the 4th quarter and our defense would come up 32nd.

Hard to not reflect back on 2001 with 0-5 seeming all but inevitable right now. Firing Marty was the single biggest mistake Snyder had made. He could have set this franchise in the right direction. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Pats massacre pre game
Didn't we have John Schneider in the front office too who would go on to Seattle FO become GM and help engineer the roster which would lead them to a SB and still competing to this day? Brought in by Marty?

Re: Pats massacre pre game
Agree, and the characteristic it most embodies now is a pussified can't play through pain mindset.
