The lack of production is concerning, but I feel it's also a larger indictment of the receiving corps. WR's just aren't getting open. Or the trust isn't there yet.
I would. But at some point you might want to try other options.

It was weird and awesome. Had to see a replay to make sure I wasn't imagining things. He was an absolute fantastic draft pick and that play was badass.

Kerrigan is playing bad. Teams run right at him, they know they can kick him out and run right under him, he cant squeeze the block.

Re: Post game Packers

Doctson drew at least two pass interference calls, might have been three? I can’t remember. But he had his guy beat on the two of them, including the one that took us down to the one yard line that Peterson then ran in for his first TD of the day.

It’s definitely disappointing that this is what we’re reduced to for a first round pick but those were important plays. I still think he has value and offers something, I’m not giving upon him yet.

Damn, there’s also a ton of harshness towards Kerrigan. He drew two blatant holding calls on what would have both definitely been sacks. With Doctson I get it but Kerrigan played well. It’s like some of you guys think sacks are the only way rush players contribute.

When we score first we usually win, very good stat for this season to pay attention to

Yeah I thought that was pretty revealing. Today was definitely an example of how we want the game to go.

We’re not built to play catch up too well. I’m hopeful our defense can keep this up, because it keeps us from getting in a hole at all.

Jay called a good game today, loved the deep shots down field and run heavy mentality. I think CT was limited due to the bad ground conditions. Defense was awesome today once again.

I think what I really liked was the ability to come out and immediately shake off last week’s embarrassment of a game against a stronger opponent. We came out swinging on offense and defense...guys told me they were pissed about last week. That’s how professionals come out and ball.

Re: Post game Packers

Jay Gruden is like Tecmo Bowl. If he designs an offense, and it works off the bat, its beautiful. If the gameplan doesn't work, no timely adjustments are made. This week, he nailed it.

I know I´m by far in the minority here but I´d still prefer 2-14 over the POS wearing #26 gaining another yard.

Re: Post game Packers

This is concerning, from twitter:

Just in: Trent Williams will undergo a very minor procedure tomorrow and is expected to be back for the #MNF game in New Orleans after the bye week. I am told it’s a very minor surgery and nothing to be overly concerned about. #Redskins

Agreed. I can be one to expect more from RK than what he delivers, but I think he brought a fair lot of pressure in this game, on top of the holding calls he drew.
He's not very efficient in the run game but I guess it's not what is expected of him.
