Right...and the fact that we were 3-0 against the NFC teams playing next Sunday could lead to a lot of foolish thinking.

Hopefully, they also take a look at the two AFC teams left and remember how bad we looked against them.

Because they couldn't (wouldn't?) get a guy who they believed was ready so they named Cerrato the guy, elevated Campbell to greater responsibilities, and brought back Mo Brown in a higher role than when he left.

Admittedly though, I've become less and less involved and attuned to what the Redskins are thinking and doing as the years have passed (1998-2002 were my peak years). And I lost a couple of key insiders with Gibbs' retirement. Still not totally out of it though

even if thats the case, i dont understand why they insist on keeping Cerrato again this year... especially with all the talented HC/FO guys available. If Snyder really is planning to get rid of Cerrato, why pass up on these guys? At the very least, i certainly hope Snyder prevents Cerrato from trading away any more 2010 picks. we will need as close as we can get to a full compliment of picks to entice GM/HC candidates next year.

I don't think that Cerrato is the idiot devil everyone else seems to think, but I do think it's in the team's best interests that he be removed of any association with the football team. If for no other than perception can be reality.

yeah and it doesn't help having the two teams we beat in the playoffs. Now they will be thinking ....hey we were closer then we thought.

If they stay at 13, someone like Jason Smith seems like a pretty solid choice. But these days I think I'd rather sign Vernon Carey in free agency; trade down in the draft and somehow walk away with Duke Robinson, Tyson Jackson, Eric Wood, Connor Barwin, Sean Witherspoon and Tyrell Sutton. Wishful thinking, I know.

If Matty paid me a little more, I might have some more information

Letting go of Fabini and Jansen and Griffin would def help. I would like to see Randle El leave town and have us make a run at Darren Sproles

Darren Sproles isn't going anywhere now with the rumors of LDT being cut or traded.
