Worth it. I'd eat $4.5M to get this shithead out of the locker room. I don't think I've hated a Redskin player so much since Haynesworth.
Damn, you know you hate someone when you're comparing him to the biggest shithead in franchise history.

Albert Haynesworth is a perfect summary of Dan Snyder's ownership of the team.

I'd cut his ass yesterday. Principle is more important to me than winning Sunday. No guarantee we win Sunday with him anyways if he has to start.

This team, on and off the field, needs to set an extremely high standard. When you've sank to the bottom of the barrel like us, you have to cut out all parts of the disease. Leave no remnants. Get on board or get the duck out.

While he's getting off easy, it does bode well for our playoff chances now.

I still hope and pray Alex Smith is ready so they can deactivate him and make Heinicke the backup on Sunday, then cut him the day after the postseason ends.
We disagree on a lot but I completely agree with you on this.

He should've been stripped of his captaincy when he was benched earlier this season, I honestly thought it was weird that you'd bench a guy for work ethic and still let him wear the C. Just take it from him, no need to put out a press release about it.

Fuckin christ, how awkward is it gonna be in here if we actually win with this dipshit behind the helm on Sunday.

I'm late to the party here but IMO the team is at a critical point in their development of the young players, particularly on defense, for us to bench this turd and start a practice squad QB if Smith canít go.

The D is ahead of schedule and this situation is such a great learning experience as far as learning to win the games you have to win with the pressure on no matter how weak the competition in the division is. Regardless if they make the playoffs at 8- 8 or 7- 9 and get bounced in the first round itíll be a teaching moment to build on for the future.

Up early and one of those schmucks hunched over my keyboard working this morning...listening to Sheehan show, Thom Loverro on and proposed something that I thought about yesterday but didnít want to bring up

Did Dan interfere with Ron if the plan was to cut Haskins? Iíd say probably not as I believe Ron has garnered even more control over football decisions with the team fighting for the division crown.

You are right, of course. The goal is to win this game and make the playoffs. If Alex Smith can't go, then playing Haskins at QB gives us by far the better chance of winning than playing a scout team QB. It would have to be done. All other issues with Haskins can wait.

Also, any player who is on the field can make a game-changing play - not just the QB. We all know this. The entire team needs to come out of the tunnel like berserkers and take this game, no matter what. I think they will.

Agree with you 100%. Ron should have been hard on him for this. And principles should go above winning. Ron just showed you how he really feels.

For all the talk about how he is this great, high-character coach who is strict and sets a standard, i haven't seen it here.

Ron lost me as a supporter with him basically giving Dwayne a slap on the wrist (again). So over him. I'm sorry he had cancer and I'm glad he is doing better, but he is just on his way to being another issue here in a long line of them.

It doesn't matter coach wise or player wise, because the real problem here is and will always be SNYDER. Until Snyder is gone, nothing is going to change here.
