Sorry but what guy on our D is as good as Bosa? Their d just held the Rams to under 200 yards of offense. We could never do that against anyone, non the less the Rams.

Like I said, the talent is there playing to their potential and defense scheme is not there. Allen, Payne, Ionnadis, Settle, Hester, Kerrigan, Sweat are supposed to be studs, I think the coaching and scheme is robbing their talent. Preston Smith is an example.

Manusky does suck but at what point do you have some pride and not let Fitzpatrick abuse you? Two years in a row Fitz has crushed this defense.

Speaking of 49ers, in a reverse of typical fortune a healthy Pierre Garcon went to San Francisco to become injury plagued and is now out of football.

Niners are stacked on D. Bosa, Buckner, Armstead, Thomas, Ford, Blair III, DJ Jones, Day, all are solid Dlineman. Their young LB’s are quick and aggressive, Alexander, Warner, Greenlaw and others. DB’s are pretty good too.

I don't know that it was a pride thing. I didn't go back and verify this, but BMitch was saying that the defense backed off towards the end of the 3rd quarter/4th quarter, and Fitz took advantage of that. If that's the case, it was on Manusky - for not sticking with what was working.

This is nothing new for Fitzpatrick either. Sometimes he can be straight garbage, but there have been several games in the past where he has come in out of nowhere and lit it up...that's where he got his nick - FitzMagic.

At worst /Least, Redskins can cover. This is a Shanahan coaching tree philosophy game. Similar ideas on the sidelines. Closer than you think.
The Haskins Card is still on the table

Re: Skins - Niners Pre Game

Why would a fan want their team to get crushed. Do you think its going to change Dans way of thinking if nothing has to this point?

Re: Skins - Niners Pre Game

Looks like Craig Reynolds will be playing instead of Thompson at RB. I like that kid.

I do, I think that a 1 or 2 win season, combined w/ the national and local media piling on will force him to do something drastic.

Adding to this, a lot of people around the organization thought they were "close"; Just a few less injuries last year and they might have made a run.

If they finish with 2 or 3 wins then it's time to blow shit up and address issues with the roster.

West coast team coming east for a 1pm game. I think we've got a chance for the upset.

Did you add an extra zero? I have never seen odds to win a Super Bowl that high, granted I haven't bet the NFL in a couple years but +25000? I used to bet in Laughlin Nevada and later with a friend offshore and never saw odds that high. Even if the team wasn't eliminated they would get taken off the board if they had to go that high to attract action.
