That speaks volumes of their relationship
And it also speaks volumes to Haskins maturity, or lack thereof.

Jay Gruden may not have been a great head coach here, but he could be one somewhere else one day. Or he could be an offensive coordinator. Which means at some point, Haskins could be seeking employment on a team where Jay is on staff.

He's got to learn and grow, but if you knew the HC never really wanted you in the first place would you be upset he was fired? I wouldn't

I will venture a guess it will be up to the new coach on who is retained.

Yeah, thats what Portis and Cooley said.

Zorn they said did divide the rocker room with religion. Guys like Antwaan Randle-El who prayed everyday w Zorn got treated differently. Sherman Smith would do daily sermons?

Oh great. So we can use the #1 overall pick on the draft next year to trade for Mike Tomlin. Makes sense.

I am petty, I probably would. If that is how I felt at the time. He is human, if that's how you feel, do it.

If I was Jay I would have said, “fuck you”, I’m getting fired anyways, staying in bed.
