Well TH is the first qb in a long time that the owner had no say in. Maybe Fitz too, but definitely TH and KA. Now if they could just stop getting hurt.

Re: Ranking our starting QB's since Rypien

What has pissed me off was last year's draft when they had a chance at Justin Herbert, a franchise QB and took a DE.

Now I don't hate that they took Young but as a result of the shit team management from top down up until last season, Rivera has Haskins, who was drafted high and played little in his rookie year so you have to think that Snyder and team convinced him that he will be good to go so they take Young.

You have a chance to take a franchise QB you do so no matter what, but that is the M.O. of this team as long as I've been a fan, they cant draft QB's and when they do they move on. SMH

Herbert was labeled as a system guy and CY was a can't miss, I wanted QB too (Tua) but I can't be mad at the CY Pick.. He sucked last week but lets see what he does tonight.. If he is a non factor again vs this shitty line, we have some legit concerns

Christ that was a depressing read. But Santana Moss on John Beck was pretty funny.

Rivera is a defense guy so it's not surprising he went with a defensive player. As long as RR is head coach I expect he wont draft a QB and the offense will struggle.

The first two in particular for me. By the end, I was sick of Kirk (although it should never have gone to 2 franchise tags).

I went to the playoff game that Brad Johnson won (against Detroit - hard to imagine these teams in the playoffs together). At one point, he hoisted and body slammed Robert Porchet. The place went bananas.

Not many bright spots since then, sadly.

I don't know that I would go that far. He's a defensive guy, but he's not dumb.

"He thought he was going to be the guy," former receiver Santana Moss said. "He sucked ass; I won't lie to you. I broke my hand and didn't play the [final two] games with him. Nothing better could have happened to me, because I didn't have to play with this guy. ... You talk all this stuff in the offseason and lay this egg."

LMAO

I certainly hope not. At some point when he will realizes he needs a QB he takes a QB.

And don't get me wrong, I love CY but I'd love to have Herbert more.

He drafted Cam right? I think he knows the value of a QB.

I loved that too. He would rather break his hand and not play than to play with him.

+1

"I like defense, so I'm gonna de-prioritize the most important position in the game"

Don't see it happening. Ron knows he lives or dies with the qb's success.

No they should continue to do what they've been doing...NOT showing up to games, watching on tv, or buying the merch. But it probably still won't matter...he's going to be the owner til his death.
