If you're driving east on Friars from Mission Valley, I'm the next street you can turn right onto after the stadium. And the 1st complex. I moved down here in 2003. I missed the Jack Murphy days. Based on Wikipedia, I moved down here during the last 1/3rd of the season the Pads played there.

Dallas will not be a SB contender with Garrett/Dak ever. Both of those guys are mediocre at best. They will win the east by injury default but will be 1 and done unless they play Minnesota or us in the 1St round.
