Re: Skins at Giants Postgame Thread!!!

Gotta love winning in NY. Gave up lots of yards, and again we left points on the field. BUt I love the way the next man stepped up there. Sua with the big pic to end it. So awesome.

If we can fix our redzone troubles, the offense is going to be pretty good. The D is going to have to be scrappy, getting TOs, etc. They just don't have the bodies up front to impose their will. Still, winning makes all things better!

Poor Odelle. He's having a sad. Biatch.

Also, was so glad to get that pick just as Troy had fully fellated Eli "I don't think there's any NFL team who wants to see Eli in this situation, blah, blah, blah." Nice throw, Eli.

I still think Gruden and his coaching staff are a bunch of inept bunglers. But this time the blind squirrel found a nut.

Re: Skins at Giants Postgame Thread!!!

We also have a QB that kinda looks like the second coming of Tony Romo, ie doesn't handle high pressure moments well.

Re: Skins at Giants Postgame Thread!!!

I think our run game will be better if we keep this jury-rigged Oline with Trent inside. Plus, Lichtensteiger has been weak. Not sure if we've got the replacement on our roster. Still, we ran the ball late when it mattered--that was a good sign, I think. And in any event, we can throw the rock with ease. Kirk still missed a couple of TDs and yet we have over 400 total yards of O.

The coaching: meh. Some stupid things, a few nice calls. End of the half was downright embarrassing. Still, the ball moved. And for all it's bend, the D didn't break, for once. I have trouble pinning too much on Barry with the lack of talent up front. We won it with the DBs, which is kinda the way we're going to have to do it. Wonder when we start seeing Fuller get a shot? Wonder how Bree is? Seemed like the safety play got better without DHall, but it's hard to say. I did love Chris Baker's smash of Eli. Ouch.

We beat a terrible Browns team next week and we're back in business at 2-2. Huge win!

See I hate shit like this after a big win. Wtf??? Here was the difference in the game. Eli turned it over and KC didnt. That's the game. KC is far from perfect, but he did just enough and played just well enough for us to win the game. Hopefully he builds on it and plays better moving forward.
