Yeah, but he can retire, then re-sign, then retire again, then re-sign till he gets on the Dolphins so that he can get back at BB. I heard it's gonna be in the new CBA, if you want to re-sign with your team's arch rival, you must officially retire 2 times.

Re: Raiders get Richard Seymour?

12th man is right

They made a choice to go with younger Vince Wilfork over Seymour

This is the second time I know of the Raiders hooked up the Pats on some Kevin Mchale Danny Ainge type shit

Didnt they "give" em Moss for a 3rd rounder lmao?

I don't care if he wanted out....make em pay

Actually it was a 4th rounder if I'm not mistaken. And all he's done in two seasons with the Pats is start every game and catch about 170 passes for 2500 yards and 34 TDs. 34! And one of those seasons was with a totally unproven QB slinging it. Pretty decent return on investment for NE I'd say.

Don't forget the Pats got Burgess from the Raiders for a third and fifth round pick in 2010

thats right...I almost forgot

I'm seriously wondering wtf is going on here...

I know Al Davis is an old over the hill goon....but there are too many weird deals between these teams that benefit the pats

But I am also the biggest Pats Hater this side of the Mississsipi

Re: Raiders get Richard Seymour?

PFT is reporting that the Raiders want their pick back if Seymour doesn't show up. In this rare instance, I actually agree with the Raiders, if this is true of course. I hope the league doesn't go Tuck Rule/Brady Rule and allow the Pats to keep the pick. They should null the trade and force the Pats to take Seymour back.
