How about just Snacks Harrison for WR Pryor? yall need a receiver and I want Snack in the middle of our Defense. I wanted us to sign the guy 2 years ago and he's been maybe your best player on the defense so far this year.

Good call. I had that thought in the back of my head.

Re: SF Pregame

As long as the team is focused on the game ONLY, this should be a win (see Skins vs LA Raiders to see what happens to west coast teams here). 49ers are currently a mess on and off the field. Bury them early.

Re: SF Pregame

If we played to the best of our potential, this game shouldn't be close. However that rarely happens, so it'll probably be a close game. Definitely winnable though.

Re: SF Pregame

Skins 31 SF 13

Let's make a statement, close this one early.

I don't care if it's 31 - 17 at the end of the game, but I want it to be at least 24 - 7 at the beginning of the 4th quarter !

Just. Win. Early.

Oh and btw I want 57 sacks.

Re: SF Pregame

The 49ers have been in all of their games. We shouldn't assume we can wax them.

Then again we waxed the Raiders so 27 - 20, Skins.

I think we stop their running attack pretty well and put them in plenty of 3rd and longs. Hoyer's not going to pick up enough of them.

Re: SF Pregame

ESPN's Dianna Russini reports Josh Norman (lung, ribs) could return against the Eagles in Week 7.

Norman hasn't resumed running yet but is already back in the weight room. Washington plays a Monday Night game in Week 7, which gives Norman an extra day to recover. Norman was originally given a four-week recovery window after going down with a broken rib in Week 4, but now it looks like he could be back in half that time.

good

Re: SF Pregame

This isn't a must win game, but it's definitely an identity check.
- If we are the Skins of old, we come out and lay an egg.
- If we have moved to the next level, we come out and the win is never in question.
- the 3rd possibility is we keep Gruden's identity - we come out slow, looking a bit lost, but get it going by the 2nd half and win/lose/tie a one score game that keeps Skins fans in cardiac arrest with 2minutes to go.

SF Pregame

It would be nice to put them away early so all the nervous nellies can calm the F down. Until it’s time to start whining and worrying about the next week of course.

Okay..its not a trap game! we lose anyway..because thats what the redskins do they lose to bad teams..call it what you want but when everybody in the country picks the skins in a blowout that my friend is a trap. i can see the giants beating us also for their first win. I see your point about how below average we have been ..but some folks think we are getting a lot better and could actually make playoffs.. we will have to win these games against bad teams to do that.

I hear ya, sometimes its a curse to be like the only realist on here. This is a 6 win at best team and they already lucked themselves into 2. Where the other 4 wins come from? I dont see it on the schedule. Im guessing we will split with the Giants and cowboys. Thats 4. Chargers is a toss up but thats 5.

Eagles - loss
Seahawks - loss
Cards - probably a loss
Broncos - ass whoopin
Vikings - loss

You are 100% right, we need to beat the 49ers to get to 6 wins.

later on in the season, lets try not to be all "I told you so" .. but man how good is it going to feel to be right when everyone is so wrong. I see it. You see it. The others will take time.
