Re: Giants postgame

I want to re-emphasize just how spot on some of those throws from Heinicke were spot on.

34/46 336 yards 2 td, 1 Int. 95.5 rating

Best Stat line we have seen in a while.

Yeah, I also saw some good things from Davis tonight. I'm not getting too high or too low, as it's early in the season. We may not particularly know what sort of team we have for another several weeks.

I'm still not sold on our division, and IMO, we still have the better parts defensively over our divisional brethren to turn things around. It's a small sample, but I see something in Heinicke. I said in the playoff game a season ago, and I'll say it again.... I see a young Tony Romo right now.

Time will tell if he has the chops, but I like what I see at the moment.

Never been so down after a W.

This D sucks. Plain and simple.

We may not win another one before the Panthers week 11.

Next week gonna be as ugly as it gets.

Still hoping for some Heinicke fun along the way, but we're drafting high next year.

Re: Giants postgame

Don't let the Heinicke ride distract you from the fact we needed 1 phantom holding call, 1 dropped TD, and 2 offsides on the final drive to win it.

Wow! One helluva game. Glad I watched it sober.

Yea the D needs some work fast.

But any win over the Giants (hey Jintsfan) is a good win.

So many things to be mad about but a w is a w. I am pounding a beer, taking two sleeping pills and going to bed.

We will beat the Falcons. Excited to have the offense show a spark. Gotta believe the defense will get on track at some point.

I don’t think it was a phantom holding call, but regardless how many times have we been on the opposite side with our team making the losing plays. Sometimes, when a team is getting its legs under it, they need those luck moments we got today.

Re: Giants postgame

I don't give a fuck how lucky we are. 1-1 with luck is better than 0-2 with our standard "luck".

Also, I'm genuinely surprised Hopkins didn't miss it again. My life on the like, I would've guessed that one was a miss too.
