Draft Week 2019

Well folks, it's that time of year.

RD1 is of course a 1 night event on Thursday 8pm EST.

Lets take a look back at our last 10 1st rd picks.

2018 - Payne
2017 - Allen
2016 - Doc
2015 - Scherff
2014 -None
2013 - None
2012 - You know who
2011 - Kerrigan
2010 - Trent
2009 - Rak

Overall the 1st rd has been solid the last 10 years.

Imo Only Doc has been the bust, RG3 was great the 1 year he was healthy.

I'm starting to get cold feet on Rosen, not as a QB but as a real possibility of landing him. If I were to bet , and this is no rumor or anything but I'd say Haskins is the guy

Re: Draft Week 2019

I think the scheduled coming out showing 2 huge home games right off the bat (Cowboys and Bears MNF)....Bruce/Dan don't want an empty stadium or a ton of opposition fans...

IMO, the Splash effect is in full effect. Skins looking for a Name...Rosen, Haskins, Murray.

And you better believe they will tell Jay the new QB starts

Re: Draft Week 2019

Holy shit

KC trades the 2019 1st and 2020 2nd for Frank Clark.

Career high 13 sacks last yr.

Some of my colleague's at PFF are high on him but that is a lot to give up.

I will never trust Reid in the playoffs, that guy is Marty 2.0. But I understand the logic

Yes and looking at where KC will drafting at the bottom of round one, a seriously good pass rusher will not be there. If this is guy is for Frank Clark is for real the made a calculated move. I hope it works out for them.

Re: Draft Week 2019

The #Jets are fielding phone calls for the No. 3 pick, obviously. They've made this abundantly clear & is normal this close to the draft.

Keep an eye on the #Redskins, I'm told. There have been some early talks.

Ted Nguyen - The Athletic.

Probably the usual that you do anyway lol.

I like Ted a lot, he is a great source. If this happens and Murray is there at 3, you know we will take him.

Re: Draft Week 2019

I don't know if the redskins will trade all the way up to number 3., but the more I think about it the more I don't think that Arizona is going to draft Murray. I feel like all that talk has come from outside the AZ organization, and it's smart for them to just let that discussion to continue, ESPECIALLY if they have no intentions to draft Murray and deal Rosen. This scenario would open up a slew of possibilities for the rest of the 1st round.

If Murray is there at 3, I can't say I'd be mad about trading up. Depending on what we have to give up
